How it works

Consultation

Your PMB experience starts with a free virtual conversation with our senior consultant. Our team will ask series of questions to learn more about your requirements. We will possible options of cloth to select from depending on requirements / occasion. Our consultant will then proceed to book a face to face meeting in our office in Canary Wharf.

Measurements

Our consultant will take your measurements, agree on garment designs and preferred cloth from our extensive selection. A pattern is then drafted. Initial fitting will be arranged with client. Our consultant will go through the fitting process with client and identify any alterations required, which also reflect on the pattern if needed.

Fittings

Our senior consultant will communicate with client and arrange a fitting from our office or client’s home address. We will also educate essentials of how to maintain the fabric and other services we offer, such as ‘Life time repair service’.
